Terms and Conditions

Updated: 22 October 2026

1. Scope and seller

These terms apply to consumer orders placed with Kevanto at kevantohaus.com. Your contracting party and seller is:

22559 Hamburg
Germany

Consumers are individuals ordering primarily for private purposes rather than for a trade, business or profession. We deliver only to countries enabled for the relevant order and to addresses supported at checkout. Product and variant availability may differ by destination. Our shipping policy lists the configured shipping zones.

2. Orders and formation of the contract

Displaying products in the store is not a binding offer. You can add products to your cart without commitment, check and correct your details and selections before submission, or abandon checkout. By pressing the final order button, which clearly indicates an obligation to pay, you submit a binding offer to purchase.

We accept your offer by an express acceptance email or by actually collecting the purchase price, whichever occurs first. A payment authorisation or reservation alone is not collection. An automatic acknowledgement of receipt constitutes acceptance only if it expressly says so. This does not affect a contract already concluded by collection of payment.

Orders can be concluded in German or English where that language is offered during checkout. Additional language versions may be provided in the store. Mandatory local requirements concerning contract language remain unaffected. No language version excludes mandatory consumer rights.

3. Prices, taxes, shipping and import charges

The payment currency is clearly shown before you place your order: EUR for our euro countries and USD (US dollars) for other enabled countries. USD does not mean your local dollar currency. Currency-conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are governed by your agreement with that provider.

Where a transaction qualifies for the German small-business VAT exemption under section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), we do not charge or separately state VAT on that transaction. This is not a general exemption from foreign taxes, import taxes or customs duties. Taxes we are legally required to collect are disclosed before ordering in accordance with applicable pricing and tax rules.

Current flat shipping charges and delivery periods are set out in our shipping policy. Shipping costs and the total amount to be collected by us are displayed before you submit a binding order.

Goods are shipped directly from China. Import taxes, customs duties and carrier clearance or disbursement fees may arise in addition. Requiring you to pay such costs depends on legally permissible, transparent disclosure before the contract is concluded. Calculable additional costs must be stated by amount. Costs that cannot reasonably be calculated in advance must be disclosed through an express notice of their possible occurrence and the relevant basis of calculation.

Import charges already collected and remitted must not be charged twice. These terms do not impose unspecified additional charges on you or change the statutory allocation of tax liability, import responsibility or our obligations as seller. Further information is provided in the shipping policy.

4. Payment

You may use the payment methods offered at checkout for your order. These may include credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna through Shopify Payments, and PayPal. Availability depends on factors including destination, currency, device and the payment provider's requirements.

For immediate-payment methods, the purchase price including shipping charged by us is payable when the contract is concluded. If you select Klarna, payment is processed through Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. Available payment options, due dates, eligibility requirements and any financing costs are shown at checkout before completion. Invoice or instalment payments therefore do not necessarily involve collection of the full amount when ordering. If Klarna is the payment recipient, payment must be made to Klarna.

Details of data processing are provided in our privacy notice and the selected payment provider's notices. Your statutory rights against us remain unaffected.

5. Delivery and dropshipping

Goods are shipped from China by our suppliers, including CJdropshipping and AliExpress suppliers connected through DSers. Kevanto remains your contracting party. You do not have to pursue statutory claims against the supplier.

The delivery period disclosed before the contract is concluded applies to your order. We will inform you promptly of any delay. Where consent to a delay is required, we obtain it; statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected. Customs clearance does not entitle us to extend the agreed delivery period indefinitely.

An order may arrive in several parcels without additional shipping charges from us. We bear the risk of loss or damage during transport arranged by us until the goods are handed to you or someone you nominate to receive them.

6. 30-day right of withdrawal

Our withdrawal and returns policy, including the model withdrawal form explains the right of withdrawal contractually extended to 30 calendar days and the precise start of the period upon receipt of the goods. Where this right does not already exist by law, we grant it contractually on the terms described there. More favourable mandatory rights remain unaffected.

An unequivocal withdrawal statement does not require prior authorisation, a reply from us or a particular form. Returns go to our Hamburg address above, not to China. For withdrawal you bear the direct return costs unless mandatory law provides more favourable rights. This does not restrict statutory remedies for defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

7. Defects, consumer guarantees and liability

Statutory remedies for defects, consumer rights and liability rules apply. These terms contain no blanket exclusion or limitation of our statutory liability. We bear necessary costs of statutory remedies, including necessary transport costs, in accordance with applicable law. We do not offer additional voluntary product warranties; this does not affect statutory warranties or consumer guarantees.

Consumers in Australia retain their non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including applicable rights to repair, replacement, refund and compensation for foreseeable loss. Consumers in New Zealand retain their rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Mandatory protections in other delivery countries are likewise neither excluded nor limited to our voluntary return period.

8. Contract records and customer information

We store contract details and email you the order and contract information, the terms applicable when the contract was concluded, and withdrawal information in a form you can save. You can save or print these documents and request a copy using our contact details.

9. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in proceedings before a German consumer arbitration body. Mandatory legal obligations and your right to contact competent authorities, legally competent dispute-resolution bodies or courts remain unaffected.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

German law applies. This choice does not deprive you of protection under mandatory provisions of the law that would apply without this choice, in particular the law of your habitual residence where its protective rules apply. Statutory jurisdiction rules and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. No exclusive German court jurisdiction is agreed with consumers.
